TriRiver Water customers looking for in-person assistance in Pittsboro or Siler City now have two new options.
In Pittsboro, TriRiver Water moved 0.5 mile down East Street to the Chatham Commons Shopping Center. The address of our new location is 630 East Street, Suite 3, Pittsboro, NC, 27312.
In Siler City, TriRiver Water opened a new location in the same building where Siler City customers used to pay their water bills. Our location is at the bottom floor of the Siler City Town Hall building on North 2nd Avenue.
The new locations can help any TriRiver Water customer with billing or service questions.
Chatham County nd Siler City can also get their new account numbers at these locations. However, those numbers will also show up on their first bill from TriRiver Water -- and there's no rush to get the account number as TriRiver Water will not charge late fees for the first two months of service.
Customers who wish to pay their bill in person can go to any TriRiver Water location listed below or utilize any of our other convenient payment options.
