Payment Portal Info
TriRiver Water is using a New Municipal Services Payment Portal
All online payments need to be made through the new portal. To register, you will need:
- An email address.
- Your Utility Billing Service Account and Customer Number.

Customers still have the option to pay utility service bills by mail, in person, and by phone.

Paperless Billing
- You can enroll in paperless billing through the online payment portal.
- Send an email to Water Billing with any questions.
Autopay or Pay by Text
- Autopay and Pay by Text is available.
- Create an account or log into your account to set up auto-pay or pay by text.
Pay Without Fees
- There is no fee to pay your utility services bill through electronic bank draft.
- There is no fee to pay your utility services bill in person with cash, check or money order.
- There is no fee to pay by mail with a check.

As TriRiver Water strives to be as efficient as possible, the system is starting to be upgraded from manually read meters to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters. AMI is an automated system enabling two-way communication between meter endpoints at the customer location and the TriRiver Water. This new system lets customers view hourly water usage and set up threshold notifications through the online payment portal.

Troubleshoot Login Issues After You Create an Account
TriRiver Water accepts online payment through our Payment Portal. Note you'll need to update or remove any previous online payments bookmarks or favorites.
The payment portal is compatible with all standard browsers. However, you may need to clear your cache to access it as browsers and cookies can redirect you to an old link.

Customers do not need to create an account to use the payment portal. Select Quick Pay and enter your account and customer number.
