The easiest way for you to reach us is to call our customer service team at 919-775-8215. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., but TriRiver Water representatives will answer calls to that number 24/7.
You may also visit any of our three customer service centers in person. Our locations in Sanford, Pittsboro and Siler City are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
We are currently working to create a system where customers can contact us digitally. We will share details about that as soon as the system is ready to launch.
